WOW!! Where do I even begin?! I found juniper tours on Instagram and I’m so happy I came across them. At first I was unsure since it’s a smaller and new company but I really believe that’s what makes them stand out and do such an incredible job! Our agent Kaycee was incredible from start to finish! She listened to our needs, budget, accommodations, etc. she was so easy, pleasant, and knowledgable about coastal Italy!!! She made the process seamless :). We had the most amazing time staying in sorrento with excursions to Pompeii, Amalfi, positano, capri, (I would stay in sorrento the other places are too touristy) etc we had incredible drivers and tour guides throughout our trip. Everything was perfect from start to finish and we had no issues. We loved our hotel- hotel capodimonte that my mom found and Kaycee was able to easily book for us! I highly recommend this company to anybody who wants their travel plans to be booked for them. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

Kaycee at Juniper Tours curated an amazing itinerary for my family's trip to Italy (Rome and Sorrento). We didn't have to worry about anything. We had the perfect balance of fun activities and site-seeing, that both my 9 year old and 18 year old loved. We stayed in beautiful well-appointed hotels, and all of our private transfers were in luxury passenger vans. It was easy to track all of our activities because Juniper provides you with a mobile app with your itinerary. We had a private tour of the Collesseum and the Vatican Museums, we did olive oil and cheese tasting, pizza making, a cooking class and more! We had an amazing time and after this ease of this luxurious trip family trip, I can never go back to trying to plan my own trips again!

My wife and I could not have asked for a better trip! We did a self-driving tour of Ireland for our honeymoon and had the ideal mix of sightseeing the beautiful landscapes and exploring what several different cities had to offer. Jaiden and the Juniper Tours team made our trip PERFECT; everything from the airport pick-up to the hotels to the various excursions was seamless. Jaiden was communicative, open to our ideas, and hit the nail on the head when it came to planning what we envisioned the perfect trip would be. The small details Jaiden gave us (down to the pub/restaurant recommendations in each city/route, detours, photo ops, etc.) made the trip all the more memorable (and stress-free!). The app is also incredibly user-friendly and convenient. I will undoubtedly use the Juniper team again for future adventures!

Jaiden and her team did a great job. They was giving free range to plan our trip to Scotland and didn't disappoint. Me and my celebrated our 20th anniversary and junipertours made it one hell of a memorable one. Thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic experience planning and booking our honeymoon trip to Ireland through them. Taryn worked with us to pick out some really excellent experiences in each place we stayed during our trip and when we suddenly had to delay everything by a full year (right after making all of the arrangements and putting in our down payment) they handled everything without any issues. Would absolutely book with them again and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a more bespoke vacation experience.

Juniper Tours did an EXCELLENT job planning our trip to Italy this summer! Our travel agent, Sara, was amazing!!! She was able to plan and accommodate our trip according to all of the places/areas that we told her we wanted to visit. Everything was smooth and seamless through the app that held our itineraries, train tickets, and even suggestions of restaurants and things we could do in each city! All of the hotels, as well as private transfer services, were excellent! The hotels all included breakfast and were no less than 4 stars. Our drivers and tour guides were all super friendly and helpful. The experiences that Sara booked for us (wine tastings, some including food/dinner) were all so good and went far beyond our expectations! Sara was also super flexible when we needed to add in/change something to our itinerary a week before we traveled, and arranged everything necessary for the addition that we requested. We will definitely consider booking through Juniper again if we plan another trip to Europe! 🙂

The trip Kaycee planned for our honeymoon to Italy was genuinely a fairytale. The planning process was extremely easy and they were very accommodating with changing the itinerary to meet our specific request while staying in the budget we had talked about during the planning. I don't think either of us could narrow down one favorite place or thing we did but one thing that really stood out to me was how AMAZING all our tours & tour guides were. Each of them was a genuine local & had such amazing insight into the areas. They give you access to your entire itinerary with tips about the area in & app which was extremely comforting to have access to all of that information even when we didn't have service.
