Welcome to Croatia! Upon arrival, a private driver will collect you from the Arrivals Hall and bring you to your accommodation. Check-in to your hotel, and explore this fascinating town at your leisure.
Overnight in Split
After breakfast this morning you will take a guided walking tour of Split to enjoy the highlights of this ancient seaside town. The highlight includes what is believed to be the oldest cathedral in the world! Next, you will take a catamaran or a ferry to the island of Brač. Check-in to your hotel in either Brol or Postira, and enjoy a leisurely evening on your own.
Overnight in Brol or Postira
Enjoy a leisurely morning, and sightseeing at your discretion before departing for the island of Hvar. Your destination specialist can make sightseeing recommendations for you, and arrange any necessary guides.
Today is a full day to explore Hvar Island, the sunniest place in Croatia! With approximately 2724 hours of sunshine each year, and a landmass that’s even shaped like a person lounging on the beach, it would make sense to spend the day reclining and relaxing, yourself. If you’re interested in being active and doing more, we recommend visiting the Fortress located on the hillside above Hvar town for the best views of the old town and the water. You could also have a driver bring you to some more remote areas including a tiny village referred to as “Little Venice” due to the channel of water that cuts the village in half, and is joined by little bridges.
Overnight in Hvar
Enjoy another leisurely morning in Hvar. You can either do some sightseeing or enjoy an early lunch before departing for the island of Korčula. Upon arrival, a transfer will bring you to your accommodations. Check-in, or leave your luggage with the desk agent, and set out to explore a bit of the island. A water taxi can take you to nearby villages, but if you’ve had enough water travel for today, there’s plenty to see in Korčula town itself.
This morning is another opportunity to soak in Korčula. It is believed that the famed explorer Marco Polo was born and raised here. You can imagine this historical figure, who has become a man of legend in our modern, western history curriculum, wandering the narrow streets and taking in the sea views. Korčula is a beautiful place and is regarded as one of the best-preserved Medieval towns in the whole Mediterranean.
This afternoon you will depart for Dubrovnik.
Today is a full day to explore “the Pearl of the Adriatic!” We recommend taking a walking tour with a local, which is something your destination specialist can arrange for you. Inside the walled city of Dubrovnik is like a fairytale setting, with the spectacular water views and ancient charm you’d expect when visiting Croatia.
After your walking tour, we recommend taking a ride on the new cable car system for an overlook of the Dubrovnik and Srdj mountain.
After breakfast, a private driver will collect you from your accommodations and bring you to the airport Departures Hall for your return flight home.
