Highlights of Croatia: Mainland to Coast Day-by-day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Zagreb
Welcome to Croatia! A private driver will collect you from the airport and take you to your accommodation. Check-in, or leave your luggage with reception and begin to explore the beautiful capital of Croatia at your leisure.
Overnight in Zagreb
Day 2: Zagreb
After breakfast, you will enjoy a guided walking tour of Zagreb stopping at all of the city highlights from the Zagreb Cathedral to the busy street of Tkalciceva. You will have the rest of the day to explore the town as you wish. We recommend taking a stroll through Jarun Lake during the day or checking out its nightlife this evening.

Day 3: Zagreb to Opatija
After a leisurely morning in the capital, you will be picked up by a private driver and taken to your next accommodations in the beautiful coastal town of Opatija. It is an approx two-hour drive but worth the amazing views. You will have the afternoon to walk down the promenade or take a selfie with the “Girl with the Seagull”.

Day 4: Opatija to Zadar
After breakfast this morning you will be off to your next destination: Zadar! This can be reached by your choice of a 4-hour scenic ferry ride of a 3-hour car ride. While Zadar might not be as popular as Split or Dubrovnik, it’s a bit less crowded and maintains that hidden-gem feel that travelers crave! Whatever you decide you will check into your accommodation in Zadar and have the afternoon to explore this new city.

Day 5: Zadar to Split
Today is a full day in the oldest town in Croatia, Zadar. After breakfast, you will enjoy a guided bike and kayak tour of Zadar seeing many important historical and cultural sights from not only land but the water too. You will see sights such as the Church of St. Donatus and the Sea Organ. It would also be possible to take a day trip to the famous Plitvice Lakes National Park.
Once you have finished sightseeing you will be greeted by your private driver to take you to your next destination, Split. You will have the evening to explore at your leisure.

Day 6: Split
With such a historically rich city there is no time to waste! After breakfast, you will enjoy a privately guided tour of the historical and cultural landmarks including Diocletian’s Palace, Prokurative Square, and so much more. Enjoy the afternoon as you wish but get ready for your nighttime adventure of sunset sailing showing you a different perspective of the Split peninsula.

Day 7: Split to Dubrovnik
Start your day off at a more relaxing pace, and enjoy the last moments in Split before getting ready to head to Dubrovnik. Your private driver will meet you and bring you on the approx three-hour journey to your last destination. Once you’ve arrived, you will have the rest of the day to explore the glorious city as you wish.

Day 8: Dubrovnik
This morning you have leisure time to explore on your own. We recommend getting up early and walking the famous walls of Dubrovnik before it gets too hot. In the afternoon you will enjoy a blue cave guided tour. You will get to experience snorkeling and swimming in some beautiful blue waters. Relax and unwind before your journey home tomorrow by checking out some of the local eateries.

Day 9: Depart for Home
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your accommodation and transport you to the airport departure hall where you will begin your journey home.
