Paris City Stay Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in France

Welcome to Paris! A private driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall and bring you to your city-center hotel. Check-in to your hotel and explore the city!

This afternoon a guide will collect you from your hotel and bring you on a panoramic tour of the city. This tour will give you a chance to become acquainted with Paris’ layout and learn a bit about this beautiful place. Enroute you will pass the Eiffel Tower, le Champ-Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, the Pantheon, Notre Dame, and the Seine river with its love-lock-covered bridges.

The evening is at leisure. We recommend having an early dinner and getting some rest for a full day tomorrow!

Day 2: Paris

After breakfast today, you will make your way to the Louvre for a private tour and an opportunity to see the Monda Lisa. Your guide will meet you outside of the museum, and you will enjoy skip-the-line access to the museum. This world-famous museum has approximately 380,000 pieces in its collection. About 35,000 of them are on display at a time, and many of them are considered masterpieces. Your guide will help you see the highlights and provide fascinating information for the duration of your visit.

After working up an appetite, you will meet another guide for a food walking tour of the city. Your guide will bring you for a stroll to Paris’ hotspots for where you can sample food and beverages at each place.

The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Day 3: Paris

The time has come: After breakfast today, you will make your way to the Eiffel Tower! We can include tickets to the top using the elevator. It’s possible to purchase tickets to use the stairs, but stairs-only tickets are only available for purchase on location. It’s 674 stairs to the second floor, so it’s not for everyone. Let your Destination Specialist know which option you would prefer!

Your afternoon is at your leisure. This evening you will take a classic cruise down the Seine river for fabulous views of the City of Lights all lit up!

Day 4: Paris

Another exciting day! Today you will embark on a tour to the sensational Palace of Versailles. For a little over 100 years, the Palace of Versailles was the primary royal residence in France. Now is your chance to view the gold and marble filled rooms, wander through one of the most famous gardens in the world, and learn what life was like for those who lived and visited here.

Upon return to the city, enjoy an evening at leisure.

Day 5: Paris

Today is another full day to enjoy all that Paris has to offer! This morning you will meet another guide outside of the Musée d’Orsay for a tour of this unforgettable museum. Housed in a former railway station, this museum has a grand aesthetic, and it contains even more masterpieces. You may be pleasantly surprised to see it houses some of Vincent Van Gogh’s most famous pieces, including his self-portrait!

This afternoon and evening are at leisure. Now is your opportunity to experience one more aspect of Pari. You may choose to go shopping along le Champs-Elysees, seeing a show at the Moulin Rouge, visiting the Notre Dame cathedral as it’s in the process of being restored, or simply just take it easy by strolling along the Seine.

Day 6: Depart for Home

The time has come to say “Farewell!” to Paris. At a pre-arranged time, a private driver will collect you from your hotel and bring you to the airport for your return home.

County Kerry is ideal for those partaking in a self-drive tour of Ireland.  The rambling roadways of County Kerry cut through patchwork fields. Drive alongside the dramatic and rocky coastline. It’s home to some of the most striking castle ruins and charming villages Ireland has to offer.
